    It's an awesome place to get a haircut if you live in the area. Not only are the cuts great and the waits short, but you can evebn buy name-brand hair products there.

    Never had an issue in the 10 years I've been going there. My kids love getting their haircuts. Thanks ladies you are amazing.

    I called in advance on a Sunday afternoon. Girl who answered said no one waiting to come in there would be no wait. When I got there she told me thay she "forgot" that the customers that were there, are getting chemical treatments and it would be at least an hour.

    I went to hipsnips which had closed down so quickly.so we went to fantastic sams. I asked for 1/2 off my hair.they don't wash your hair in a comfy chair they spray it will water and soak you. Pulling on my hair with the comb. She took 1 1/2 inches off my hair I am super upset my hair used to be long with beach waves now it's to my shoulder I would never go here again:( I WOULD NOT GO HERE!!!!!

    I guess thats the kind of employees work for minimum wage. I will never go back, too many options in Lakeshore area. I feel bad for the owner who invested alot of money in a business and it is being ruined by an 18 year old girl who was more interested in her I phone.
